pretty much you weld the planet gears to each other so the wheels ie both rears spin together all the time
i always do it to my off roaders can drive on road but will scrub tyres when tight turning |

ive always been advised to weld front diff... that way the freewheeling hubs cope with the turning on roads, then when hubs locked get that extra drive,, but makes the steering a wee bit heavy |
