Like the arches on the wings.....Has started me thinking......Still need to get the front end back together and on yet though!!!!

WHere are the arches from and how much of the inner wing dig you need to cut out???

they are truck wheel arches with one lip trimmed off . if you trim the samurai arches up to the body line on the wings you can then slide the trimmed trailor arch in and mig it to the wing and also the inner wing to make it really strong . i will try to find some piccys of the build  Laughing

im making up some steel arch extensions, same kinda idea as those pictured here.

do they NEED to be welded to pass an mot?

my arches are rotten away was gonna bolt on steel around the wheel tubs, then rivet checker plate to the arch to follow the arch shape. would that be mot worthy?

(if you can picture it hahah)

Wifes is a beauty to! I looked into those arches, they look way better on the car than they did on the website hehe.

NO I SOLD THE WHITE SAMURAI TO FUND A HOUSE PURCHASE (BAD IDEA ) AND WE SOLD THE BLUE ONE BECAUSE WE NEEDED A 7 SEATER FOR THE KIDS (3) I DIDNT THINK I WOULD EVER GET A 4X4 AGAIN BUT THE MUD DRAWS ME IN LOL Laughing
