Due to the tyres on my vitara being larger than the standard size my speedo is out is there any way to have this sorted out or shall i just get some standard vitara wheels Confused

IMPERIAL A/F SOCKETS: Once used for working on older cars and motorcycles, they are now used mainly for impersonating that 13mm or 19mm socket you've been searching for for the last 15 minutes.

Dont worry sorted it went out and bought sat nav, speedo and tells me where speed cameras are  Very Happy

So now you have the sat nav how far out is the speedo? All speedos are set up to read as much as 10% under anyway...

Mine had some low profile things on alloys when I had it, so I put it on "standard sized" 195R15 A/Ts on standard steel rims, I remember the diameter difference was about 3%. I then changed those tyres for 215R15 M/Ts, another 4.5% diameter increase. Result? The speedo now reads exactly the same as the sat nav, so it must have been 7.5% under on the original tyres Confused
