First i cut out all the rot from the wheelarches and welded in steel extended arches made by cutting two lorry trailer arches down the middle to make four for the Suzuki
Then i started fabricating the external roll cage.
Although the paintwork looks nice and shiney in the pictures it's actually hand painted with some of B&Q's finest as this zuki is purely for off roading |

They were from here http://www.towsure.com/category/7261-Trailer_Marker_Lights
The only snag is that they don't seem to guarantee sending exactly the same unit
I also got the front sidelights from there and they sent me two different types with the same order after phoning them they sent me two the same
I went for trailer lights at the rear as well because they're much easier to find replacements for when they get broken off road (not that my zuxi actually needs lights because it's not road registered) _________________ Suzuki now gone, replaced by Pajero's |

I shouldn't think so as it's just an outrigger for the bumper to fit onto and doesn't affect anything structurally |

i like what u have done with your arches are they metal? i had a similar idea of doing arch extentions with my zook when i 1st got it as arches are rusty but i was going to use the rear plastic arches from a iveco tipper van, but havent yet put ideas into practice |

Thanks, I had actually forgotten how much work i had put into this. I've sold the zuke (and trailor) now to a fellow trialler because I needed the money to buy a new car for the road and concentrate more on laning trips. |

I want to do similar with my Vitara but aren't sure what mudguards to get. Can I ask where you sourced yours please? Looks nice. _________________ Do it to them before they do it to you.
