Well i dont know if any one else has tried this, but i am about to Wink
I have the engine and box ready to be servived, then its going in!! Should be good, the engine produces some serious torque, and it will still do a resonable return on fuel!

Asplando on here has a 2.9 V6 Ford Engine and box in his Suzuki  Wink
The box is the Type9  rear wheel drive that then conects to a Nissan Pertol (sp) TB But becareful on the Gearing Wink

He had a Hight range and a Super high range to start with  Embarassed  So had to use it in "low range" for every day use and playing which ment having to remove the front prop ever time (after playing offroad)

He hs how ever got around this and now has Hilux axels on it and it has brought the gearing down so he hs High and Low range  Laughing

Is that 2.5 the transit engine or a Ranger engine my father inlaw had a new ranger and it was very torquie Smile
