Yup I was doing a bit of work on the zook on the weekend, and made that fateful mistake of poking a soft bit. Now there's a rather large hole and the wing has detached itself from the wheelarch Evil or Very Mad  Evil or Very Mad  Evil or Very Mad .

I knew there was rust in this area but I'd resisted the temptation to get in there thus far as it's right by the filler / fuel tank, but now I have no choice. So if you hear a loud bang one evening this week you'll know what it is. Embarassed

Will take some pics when I get home from work.

Right, I cut out the worst of the rot (you can't cut out all the rot on a zook or you'll end up with a bare chassis Laughing )




Then patched it, seam sealed it and primed it... (sorry forgot to take in between pics Embarassed )



Bit of paint on top and underseal underneath, and jobs a good un Cool
