Hi,

Not knocking the seller, but he can tell me what he want's.

Just looking for some advice from someone who knows better than me.

I agree that he can tell you what he wants, but as he has done 523 sales and has a feedback score of 99.6% so I would say that he is pretty sound.

He has also put that they are for a samurai in the item name and has registered with Paypal who would recover your costs if the description is not correct.

Overall I would say you're pretty safe.  Wink

Hi Dave, welcome to the club.

I have that size fitted to my SJ410 trialler with no lift but I have got bigger arches on mine making more space. Mine also doesn't have the bumpers fitted and i've cut off the round bar behind the bumper (as you can see in the picture) so you may have to make a bit of room for the front ones to turn fully.
My guess is that they would fit with a bit of trimming here and there  Wink

Just looking at the ebay listing there doesn't seem to be too much tread on those tyres  Confused .

What size is that tyre in metric (30-9.5-15).  I have 7x15 rims on mine and am going to put on my 30-10.5-15 tyres from my Pajero.  I checked clearance and there seems to be no real issues.  Currently the rims are shod with 225s.

Redneck "Mine also doesn't have the bumpers fitted "
My '86 413 is road legal but I wondered what to do about indicators and sidelights if I have the bumper off - have you got any ideas?

Mine doesn't really need lights as it's used for trialling but I,ve modified it so if I ever wanted to use it on the road all it would need is MOT etc, I've used lights that are available for trailers so that if they get broken off road they are cheap and easy to replace  Wink

A picture of the front before the bull bar was fitted, sidelights are just above the chassis rails.

this is about the best picture i've got of the rear

these on the rear

and I used something like this on the front

http://www.towsure.com/category/7261-Trailer_Marker_Lights

but they've changed the design since I bought mine  Rolling Eyes

Thanks for that, I had an idea that that might be a solution.
I am always on the lookout for good ideas like yours.
I bought new front and rear bumpers a year or so ago so it'll be a while yet before I junk them unless I fit the 30-10.5-15 tyres in which case something might have to be removed.
The wheel arch extensions are on their last legs though - surprised they lasted this long really.  They would be next when bigger tyres go on.  Just waiting for my Pajero's boots to be changed.
